We endeavour to dispatch items the next working day if ordered before 12 midday ( Monday to Friday ), personalised or custom made items are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Please note := if your delivery address is on the Isle of Sheppey we will refund your postage cost and deliver your items personally. This service is only available to customers who live in the ME12 postcode and Queenborough Kent.
